Founded in 1955, G K Shetty Builders established itself as a leading builder of the time winning its spurs by meeting the rising demand for housing post independence.
In the early 1950s, Mr G K Shetty came to Chennai, from a small village in Salem, with a dream of building a better future.
Starting off by working under a contractor for MES, Mr G K Shetty sowed the seeds of entrepreneurship by establishing his own construction company G K Shetty Builders in 1955.
Under the stewardship of Mr. G K Shetty's scion Mr. K.V.Ramana Shetty , the company has taken on a wide array of creative challenges. Tulive Developers Limited incorporated in 1962, is the real estate conglomerate from the house of G K Shetty.
Their passion for construction is apparent in the projects that the Company have completed projects in Chennai like Urbanville -Velachery, Sky City - Vanagaram, Ecstasea - ECR, Horizon - Saligramam.

About Vas Infrastructure Ltd

Vas Infrastructure Limited, initially incorporated in February, 1994 as a Private Limited Company as 'Vasparr Consultancy Services Private Limited' was converted into a Public Limited Company in September, 1994.
The Company was renamed to Vas Animation & Entertainment Limited' (VAEL) during the year 1999-2000 and thereafter, to 'Vas Infrastructure Limited' w.e.f. 29 July, 2006. The Company was originally promoted by Jayesh V Valia and Nimesh S Joshi and is directly engaged in the business of Development of Real Estate, residential facilities including construction, infrastructure. During year 1998-99, Company diversified into new areas of activities in Entertainment and Software/Hardware in Computer System and manufacture and sale of plastic, metal drums/barrels. The Company commenced new line of activity, infrastructure work effective from April 1, 2006.
