Vama Industries Limited was initially incorporated as Sanjeevni Industries Limited in March 1985.
Upon the amalgamation, its name was changed from Sanjeevni Industries Limited to Varna Industries Limited on 3rd March, 2005.
VAMA is a System Integrator providing solutions to Space and Defence clients and also supporting Cloud Projects.
It has been supporting High Performing Computing Services and cloud services which are in high demand globally.
Apart from these, it has been implementing projects across India for organizations such as ISRO, the Defense sector, and is increasingly taking on turnkey assignments. The Company started working on Enterprise Class computer hardware business and also as a System Integrator providing solutions to Defence and Space customers.

Variman Global Enterprises Limited was erstwhile incorporated as 'Spring fields Securities Limited' in December 1993.
Name of the Company was changed from Spring Field Securities Limited to 'Spring Fields Infraventures Limited' in 2015 and again was changed from Spring Fields Infraventures Limited to 'Variman Global Enterprises Limited' w.e.f. 16 December 2019. The Company started its commercial operations in 1993 and is a leading IT infrastructure solutions provider through software development, IT Infrastructure solutions and distributing IT Hardware to clients and partners through aggressive market development in Telangana.
