Vama Industries Limited was initially incorporated as Sanjeevni Industries Limited in March 1985.
Upon the amalgamation, its name was changed from Sanjeevni Industries Limited to Varna Industries Limited on 3rd March, 2005.
VAMA is a System Integrator providing solutions to Space and Defence clients and also supporting Cloud Projects.
It has been supporting High Performing Computing Services and cloud services which are in high demand globally.
Apart from these, it has been implementing projects across India for organizations such as ISRO, the Defense sector, and is increasingly taking on turnkey assignments. The Company started working on Enterprise Class computer hardware business and also as a System Integrator providing solutions to Defence and Space customers.

Vikas Lifecare Limited (VLL) was originally incorporated as Vikas Multicorp Limited in 1995.
The Company changed the name from 'Vikas Multicorp Limited' to 'Vikas Lifecare Limited' by passing a Special Resolution upon change of name on April 09, 2021.
The Company operates in the business of recycling plastic waste and trading of polymer compounds, manufacturing of polymers compounds. However, subsequent to acquisition of Recycled and Trading Compounds Division' of group concern Vikas Ecotech Limited' under the Scheme of Arrangement, the Company started manufacturing Polymer Compounds such as PE Compound, Polyvinyl Chloride Compound (PVC Compounds), V lend SOE Compound, Polypropylene Compounds (PP granules), Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) Compounds from FY 2019-20 onwards.
