About Vama Industries Ltd

Vama Industries Limited was initially incorporated as Sanjeevni Industries Limited in March 1985.
Upon the amalgamation, its name was changed from Sanjeevni Industries Limited to Varna Industries Limited on 3rd March, 2005.
VAMA is a System Integrator providing solutions to Space and Defence clients and also supporting Cloud Projects.
It has been supporting High Performing Computing Services and cloud services which are in high demand globally.
Apart from these, it has been implementing projects across India for organizations such as ISRO, the Defense sector, and is increasingly taking on turnkey assignments. The Company started working on Enterprise Class computer hardware business and also as a System Integrator providing solutions to Defence and Space customers.

Vruddhi Engineering Works Limited was incorporated in Mumbai, Maharashtra as 'Vruddhi Steel Private Limited', a Private Limited Company vide Certificate of Incorporation dated October 27, 2020 issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
Subsequently, Company converted to a Public Limited and the name of Company was changed to 'Vruddhi Steel Limited', on January 05, 2023, issued by the RoC. Further, the name of Company was changed to 'Vruddhi Engineering Works Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 20, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The Company provide mechanical splicing solutions to real estate developers, construction contractors and infrastructure companies in designing, engineering and supplying of rebar couplers.
