Presently, it manufactures high quality special steel which is currently being imported.

VMS TMT Limited was incorporated as VMS TMT Private Limited', pursuant to the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on April 9, 2013.
The Company name was changed to VMS TMT Limited', upon conversion of the status into a Public Company, and a fresh Certificate of Change of Name was issued on December 1, 2023, by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
