The Company was renamed to Veljan Denison Limited in the year 2010.
The Company is engaged in the business of Manufacturing of Hydraulic Pumps, Motors, Valves and Custom Built Power Packs.
It is a pioneering Hydraulics and Pneumatics company in India and a leader in its own right.
It offers complete turnkey systems for project including erection, installation and commissioning. Veljan has a wealth of experience in developing and manufacturing a wide range of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Products and systems for over 40 years now at its 3 manufacturing plants near Hyderabad.

Wendt (India) Limited was incorporated on August 21, 1980 as a Joint Venture between Wendt GmbH and The House of Khataus.
In 1991, Carborundum Universal Ltd (CUMI) of Murugappa Group acquired the Khataus stake in the business.
Since then till May 2025, Wendt has been a 37.50%& 37.50% Joint Venture between Wendt GmbH and CUMI. Post divestment by Wendt GmbH, CUMI holds the 37.5% and the public holds the balance 62.5% equity.
