Vikas Lifecare Limited (VLL) was originally incorporated as Vikas Multicorp Limited in 1995.
The Company changed the name from 'Vikas Multicorp Limited' to 'Vikas Lifecare Limited' by passing a Special Resolution upon change of name on April 09, 2021.
The Company operates in the business of recycling plastic waste and trading of polymer compounds, manufacturing of polymers compounds. Until 2019, the business of Company was engaged in the trading of various Polymer Compounds such as Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA Compounds), Polyvinyl Chloride Resins (PVC resins), Chlorinated Parrafin, Polyethylene Compound (PE Compounds) and Thermoplastic Rubber Compounds (TPR Compounds).
However, subsequent to acquisition of Recycled and Trading Compounds Division' of group concern Vikas Ecotech Limited' under the Scheme of Arrangement, the Company started manufacturing Polymer Compounds such as PE Compound, Polyvinyl Chloride Compound (PVC Compounds), V lend SOE Compound, Polypropylene Compounds (PP granules), Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) Compounds from FY 2019-20 onwards.

About Worldwide Aluminium Ltd

Worldwide Aluminium Limited was erstwhile incorporated in the name of 'Worldwide Leather Exports Limited in June, 1990.
The Haryana based company was earlier engaged in the business of merchant exporting of footwear.
The name of Company was changed from Worldwide Leather Exports Limited to Worldwide Aluminium Limited in August 2019. The Company opened a retail outlet in Gurgaon underthe name of Bertini Retail during 2004. During 2005-06, the Company showcased shoes under the Bertini brand at Shoppers Stop.
It became a preferred supplier to the prestigious chain Shoe Tree.
Recently, it signed an MOU for supply of select footwear to owners of Egle brand under their new launch of Homme. Thereafter, the Company altered the main object clause of the Memorandum of Association there by enabling to carry on the business relating to Manufacturing, Trading of aluminum foils, powders, wires, cable sheets and grills during year 2017-18.
