About Atmastco Ltd

The Company was originally incorporated as Atmastco Private Limited on April 07, 1994 at Bhilai, Chhattisgarh (then Madhya Pradesh) as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh & Gwalior bearing Registration Number 10-08234 of 1994. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company at Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 22, 2016 and the name of the Company was changed to Atmastco Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion of the company from a Private Limited Company to a Public Limited Company dated May 10, 2016 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U29222CT1994PLC008234.
