About Meta Infotech Ltd

Meta Infotech Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited Company under the name of Meta Infotech Private Limited on December 17, 1998 bearing registration number as 117495. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company vide special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on July 24, 2024 and consequently the name of the Company was changed from Meta Infotech Private Limited to Meta Infotech Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation granted to our Company consequent upon conversion into public limited company dated September 02, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre bearing Corporate Identification Number U72100MH1998PLC117495.

The IT & BPM sector has become one of the most significant growth catalysts for the Indian economy, contributing significantly to the country's GDP and public welfare. The IT industry accounted for 7.5% of India's GDP in FY23, and it is expected to contribute 10% to India's GDP by 2025. New roadmaps and projects are formulated/ initiated in thrust areas identified on continuous basis to enable enhancement of expertise/skills in R&D for cyber security in the country. This ensures strengthening of security posture through generation of near real-time situational awareness at national level for enhancing cyber security in the country.
