Prizor Viztech Limited was originally incorporated on February 10, 2017 under the name Prizor Viztech Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to public limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Prizor Viztech Limited vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on September 21, 2021.
