Winny Immigration & Education Services Limited was originally incorporated as `Winny Immigration & Education Services Private Limited' as Private Limited Company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated June 09, 2008 bearing Corporate Identification Number U93000GJ2008PTC054150 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Further, the Company was converted in to a public limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by its shareholders at the EGM held on November 07, 2023 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to `Winny Immigration & Education Services Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad dated November 08, 2023. The CIN of the Company is U93000GJ2008PLC054150.
