About Winsol Engineers Ltd

Winsol Engineers Limited was incorporated as `Winsol Engineers Private Limited' at Jamnagar, Gujarat as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated December 30, 2015, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Thereafter, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of the Shareholders held on December 09, 2023, and consequently the name of the Company was changed to `Winsol Engineers Limited', pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, on December 21, 2023.

The Company provides BoP (Balance of Plant) Solutions for both Wind and Solar power generation companies and also provides Operation and Maintenance services for Plant handling and monitoring. Balance of Plant refers to all the components of a power generation facility or industrial plant excluding the main generating equipment.
