About Vidya Wires Ltd
- Vidya Wires Limited was originally incorporated as Vidya Wires Private Limited' as a Private Limited Company dated December 11, 1981, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
- Thereafter, the status of the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed from to Vidya Wires Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 16, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The Company is one of the largest manufacturers of winding and conductivity products for a range of critical industries and applications.
