The Scheme of Arrangement between Hindustan Unilever Limited and the Company was implemented in January 2025, where the Company's Ice Cream business got demerged from Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) into the Company as a going concern basis and became effective on December 1, 2025.
- Following its demerger from Hindustan Unilever (HUL), KWIL is now an independent, standalone company focused exclusively on the ice cream and frozen desserts business.
- Pursuant to the said Demerger, the shareholders of HUL have received 1 share of the Company for every 1 share of HUL in December, 2025.
