The Promoters of the Company signed a share purchase agreement on 13 April 2018 for transfer of 7,90,990 Equity Shares held by them in favour of SKC Investment Advisors Private Limited at a price of Rs. 15/- per equity share as a result of which there will be a change in the control/management of the Company after duly completion of all the compliances related to it.
- The same has been completed and all the shares held by the promoters have been acquired by SKC Investment Advisors Private Limited as on 28 November 2018 and 29 November 2018.
